Oceanview is a private company based in Protaras Cyprus aiming to offer a collection of the finest private villas in Cyprus for rent, complemented with a wide range of services of the highest quality.

Oceanview Services Ltd was founded by two driven entrepreneurs with over 50 years combined experience in the service and real estate business, but mostly with a passion for true quality and service. We are British and now live in Cyprus. We understand that the ‘unspoilt’ charm and “relaxed life style” of Cyprus sometimes comes at a cost to the ‘five-star luxury service throughout’, but we are here to bridge this gap.

Stephen Lee has over 30 years experience creating brand images. His passion is Detail. His vision was to create the best management and luxury villa Rental Company in Cyprus.

Sarah Lee has over 20 years experience in the service industry successfully running her own business for that period creating, leading and motivating a professional team    

Through our professional knowledge and being avid travelers ourselves, we personally select our villas for the overall experience that they offer.

We maintain close personal relationships with the owners of our villas and are in constant contact with them, thus ensuring that the villas we offer will not only be perfect at the time of arrival, but also throughout our guests’ stay.

Our Professional team of 20 individuals made up of Reservation Dept, Resort Manager, House keepers, Pool cleaners, Maintenance Team and other professionals we co-operate with are carefully chosen and tested not only for their ability to offer unequalled service, but also for their pleasant personality, since they become a part of the vacation experience of our guests. They all embody the Oceanview philosophy of true, unpretentious quality and service.
